These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of JellyFluff.com and any purchases made through the website.

JellyFluff is operated by Your Dreambody FZCO, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Throughout these Terms, "JellyFluff," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Your Dreambody FZCO. "You" and "your" refer to any visitor, customer, or user of JellyFluff.com.

By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

1. Online Store Terms

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to make a purchase from JellyFluff.

You may not use our products or website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

You agree not to interfere with, disrupt, damage, reverse engineer, misuse, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, systems, services, or related infrastructure.

2. Products

We make reasonable efforts to display our products as accurately as possible, including their colors, materials, dimensions, features and appearance.

However, the appearance of colors may vary slightly depending on your screen, lighting conditions or device settings.

Because plush materials and personalized products may involve individual finishing, minor variations in texture, positioning, stitching or appearance may occur and do not necessarily constitute a defect.

Product descriptions, photographs, videos and specifications may be updated from time to time.

3. Personalization

JellyFluff may offer optional personalization, including names, initials, words or icons.

You are responsible for ensuring that all personalization information submitted with your order is correct.

Please check spelling, capitalization and your selected personalization carefully before completing your purchase.

Once personalization has begun, the order may no longer be changed or cancelled.

Personalized products are made specifically for the customer and are therefore final sale, except where:

• The product arrives damaged or defective
• We send the incorrect product
• The personalization does not match the confirmed order due to an error on our part
• Applicable law provides otherwise

We reserve the right to reject personalization requests containing unlawful, abusive, hateful, infringing or otherwise inappropriate content.

4. Prices

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website at the time of purchase.

Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

A price change does not affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for, except in cases of an obvious pricing or technical error.

Where we display:

• A crossed-out or compare-at price
• A percentage or dollar saving
• A promotional price

the comparison is intended to represent a genuine and supportable pricing comparison applicable to the product or promotion shown.

Promotional pricing may be available for a limited period and may be changed or discontinued without notice.

From time to time, JellyFluff may offer promotions, discount codes, free shipping, free personalization, gifts or other special offers.

Promotions may:

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions have no cash value.

If we cancel a paid order before shipment, we will refund the applicable amount paid for the cancelled item.

We may also limit quantities purchased by an individual, household or account where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, unauthorized resale or abuse of promotions.

7. Payment

Payment is due at the time of purchase unless another payment arrangement is expressly offered at checkout.

Payments may be processed by Shopify and third-party payment providers.

You represent that:

• The payment information you provide is accurate
• You are authorized to use the selected payment method
• You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the applicable purchase amount

We do not generally receive or store your complete payment card information.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping methods, estimated delivery times and available delivery services are displayed on our website or during checkout.

Where we advertise 2–3 Day Express or another delivery time, this refers to the applicable express delivery service and should be read together with any processing time or additional conditions displayed with the shipping option.

Unless expressly stated as guaranteed, delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.

However, we will only advertise shipping timeframes where we have a reasonable basis to expect that orders can be shipped within the stated timeframe.

If we become unable to ship your order within the promised timeframe, we will handle the delay in accordance with applicable law, which may include notifying you and giving you the opportunity to accept the delay or cancel the affected order.

US federal rules require online sellers to have a reasonable basis for advertised shipping timeframes and, where a promised shipping timeframe cannot be met, generally require the customer to be given an appropriate delay/cancellation option.

Shipping times may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

• Carrier delays
• Customs processing
• Weather
• Public holidays
• Incorrect delivery information
• Remote delivery locations
• Events affecting transportation networks

9. Returns, Refunds and 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies only to non-personalized JellyFluff products.

If you purchase an eligible non-personalized product and decide that JellyFluff is not right for you, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

No explanation for your change of mind is required.

We may request reasonable photographs to document the condition of the product before providing return instructions.

For returns under the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee:

• The customer is responsible for return shipping
• The item must be returned before a refund is issued
• The returned product will be inspected after receipt
• Refunds are issued after the return has been received and approved

Personalized products are not covered by the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with an incorrect personalization caused by us, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs where a return is required.

Our Returns & Refunds Policy contains the complete eligibility requirements and should be reviewed before purchasing.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel an order, contact us as quickly as possible at:

We process orders quickly and cannot guarantee that a modification or cancellation will still be possible.

Personalized orders cannot be cancelled once personalization has begun.

If an order has already shipped, any return will be handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

11. Reviews, Testimonials and Customer Content

Customers may have opportunities to submit reviews, photographs, videos, comments or other content relating to JellyFluff.

Content submitted must reflect the genuine experience or opinion of the person submitting it.

You may not submit:

• False or misleading reviews
• Content impersonating another person
• Fraudulent testimonials
• Content infringing another person's rights
• Unlawful, abusive or offensive material

If you voluntarily submit content to JellyFluff for publication, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, format and share that content in connection with JellyFluff and its marketing, subject to applicable law.

We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms, but we will not intentionally alter a genuine review in a manner that materially changes the reviewer's meaning.

Where a review, endorsement or social media post results from an incentive, free product, payment or another material relationship with JellyFluff, that relationship should be clearly disclosed where required.

FTC guidance requires endorsements to be truthful and material connections between brands and endorsers to be disclosed when consumers would not reasonably expect them.

12. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure information on JellyFluff.com is accurate.

Occasionally, the website may contain:

• Incorrect prices
• Incorrect availability information
• Incorrect product specifications
• Technical errors

We may correct such errors when discovered.

Nothing in this section permits us to change the agreed price or material terms of a completed order contrary to applicable law.

is owned by or licensed to JellyFluff and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, republish or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.

14. Third-Party Services

Our website may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, shipping companies, social media services and other technology providers.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Your Dreambody FZCO and JellyFluff will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising solely from your use of the website or products where such liability may lawfully be limited.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

This includes any mandatory consumer protections applicable to you.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Your Dreambody FZCO harmless from reasonable claims, losses or costs resulting from your unlawful use of JellyFluff.com, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.

This provision does not apply to claims caused by our own unlawful conduct.

Nothing in this section deprives you of mandatory consumer protections or rights that apply to you under the laws of your place of residence where those rights cannot legally be waived by contract.
